TAM58004-60A, Tamiya FMC XR311 1/12 2WD Electric Combat Support Vehicle Kit
This is the Tamiya FMC XR311 1/12 2WD Electric Combat Support Vehicle Kit. Originally released in 1977 this re-release version of the 1/12 scale R/C XR311 was Tamiya's first R/C model with a suspension system. Staying faithful to the original the XR311 uses a basic chassis layout but incorporates modern improvements. Using an injection-molded body captures the vehicle's iconic look while interior parts and a driver figure are included for even greater realism.The updated chassis uses a 2WD duralumin chassis and features a rear-mounted motor rear-wheel drive layout. The battery is positioned down the center of the chassis with the receiver and ESC on either side for exceptional balance. 4-wheel double wishbone suspension features upper and lower H-arms and adjustable metal torsion bar springs. Lastly a fully-enclosed gearbox offers three different gear ratios that can be chosen during assembly.NOTE: Finished kit shown in photos is for illustrative purposes only.
