JCO0362, JConcepts 1991 Ford Mustang Fox Body Street Eliminator Drag Racing Body (Clear) NOTE: This body will most likely require a custom fit, or modification, to fit most short course trucks. JConcepts has adapted the iconic 1991 Ford Mustang into a street eliminator machine. The Mustang is intended for street racing and drops to popular SCT conversions and drag racing builds currently in the market. JConcepts looked to build on the street eliminator class by adding the “Fox Body” to the line-up. With past success used as a guideline, the R&D team spent time breaking down the early model Mustangs and arrived at the roughly 13” wheel base and 10.75” width. The size accommodates the trend of utilizing SCT trucks as drag racing platforms. The end result has a low-slung appearance, tight wheel well openings, hood-scoop, bobbed tail and an extended front fascia. As an addition, JConcepts has included a rear spoiler option which attaches with an under / over technique. Each package also includes a the custom window mask, 1991 generation Ford Mustang specific decal sheet and clear polycarbonate body. The product is always backed by JConcepts customer service, supported and used trackside by the JConcepts world-wide racing team and developed by professionals with style and authenticity. Note: The lower rear spoiler support is mounted carefully to the back of the trunk using double sided tape or shoe goo (not included). The upper wing section sits down on top of the base and is attached with the same technique described above. The rear spoiler provides the look and finishing touch to the street eliminator project. Specifications | Options The Ford Mustang measures a 13" wheelbase and the inside dimensions of the body are 10.75" wide front and 11.375" rear. The body is built for a 2wd SCT wheelbase length and narrowed to more resemble the original 1:1 counterpart. JCO0365, 1955 Chevy Bel Air Street Eliminator Drag Racing Body (Clear) The JConcepts 1955 Chevy Bel Air Street Eliminator Drag Racing Body is a no prep replica of one of the most popular cars in the door slammer racing since. Taking on this project was not an effortless task, doing a great deal of R&D, the team went for the more race inspired style and decided to split up the design into 3 different parts. First, the main Bel Air shell has been carefully crafted via CAD and hand shaped and finish to realize the many details found on the 1955. The stunning looks, slightly modified for drag racing, create a low-profile build, racy, laid-back front grille and unmistakable front headlight section. JConcepts has designed the entire race body with the shoebox look as it was called in the 50’s. Along with the flatter straighter panels, the '55 also has modern cues like wrap-around glass on the windshield, and tail lights that jut outward. The body shell has built-in trim along the main panels which can be painted and detailed by the user to emulate the real steel. In the rear, the drop-dome roof glides toward the trunk deck which allows the 2-piece spoiler package to drop into place. Sculpted and abbreviated (race-style) bumpers are molded with the body and just like all the rest, can be painted as desired. The front hood-scoop is a separate polycarbonate piece which has a special form just to under-cut and look the size and shape as a 1:1 counterpart. Slight fender flares give the user a hint of trimming direction for the 13” wheelbase and wheel well openings. The trim lines throughout the body provide a low-profile appearance and steady guide for a clean overall look. Included in each body set, a 1955 Chevy Bel Air decal sheet, rear wing option including lower support and upper wing spoiler and the paint mask for all windows. A front hood-scoop is also part of each body set and ready for trim, fit and finishing. As always, each body set is backed with JConcepts customer support and racing heritage. The Chevy Bel Air measures a 13.00" wheelbase and the inside dimensions of the body are 11.25" wide front and 12.00" rear. The body is built for a 2wd SCT wheelbase length and narrowed to more resemble the original 1:1 counterpart. It's helpful to plan your build, take measurements and modify your platform to fit inside the boundaries of the Chevy body. NOTE: The rear wing consists of two pieces, the lower section is designed with an L-shape with support ribs which require double-sided tape (not included) to attach to the back of the trunk lid. Once base is attached, apply more double-sided tape to match locations on the top wing and drop the main wing down into place. The hood-scoop is also applied with double-sided tape and it can be applied by installing 1 small strip of tape on both sides of the scoop. This body shell features a fastback roofline with built-in rear spoiler, traditional V-nose and grille with perched headlights. JCO0418, JConcepts 2019 Cadillac ATS-V Street Eliminator Drag Racing Body (Clear) The JConcepts 2019 Cadillac ATS-V Street Eliminator Drag Racing Body is a great way to add customization and a personalized flair to your Street Eliminator set-up. The ATS-V is Cadillac's vigorous, brawny contender, eager to represent against all other performance rides. JConcepts took on recommendations from racers and dove into a project utilizing the coupe style vehicle for the drag racing community. The Cadillac features a V-forged front-end with details chiseled into the headlight area which draws up the fender and over the hood. Undercuts throughout the nose culminate at the bottom with built-in splitter and recess vents. The included front hood-scoop brings a drag racing flair and blends up to the gradually shaped windshield. The roof is slightly railed, channeling the air over the rear-end and coupe section down to the trunk-lid. Fender flares protrude from the main body shape blend into the railed and splitter along the rocker-panels. The rear trunk cover fits and flows around the back to a recessed center section and allows perfect positioning of the rear taillights. The JConcepts Tire Balancer features an aluminum and steel design that blends nicely into any pit area. The balancer comes set in a storage box for protection and travel convenience. The collapsible design rests in a lay-down configuration but pivots to a 90 degree stance and locks when in usable condition. The center point of any balancer are the bearings, the free spinning action rests inside the JConcepts hub design. The interchangeable thumb nuts for 1/10th and 1/8th wheel versatility are located on the main axle which can be moved from its home base position to its critical balancing position with ease. The upright is built in aluminum material, anodized, etched with instructions and chamfered for that extra lustrous look. The base of the item is built to protect, position and maintain a small footprint at all times. The base has 4 stand-off legs to hold a steady structure while a thumb screw secures the upright in either the up or down position. The quick reference calipers are analog based and capable to be locked into place to secure or save dimensions for later or to copy side-to-side. The all-aluminum built and anodized item, built from 4 pieces, is a very technical and precise piece. The quick reference tool has the ability to measure inside surfaces and outside surfaces depending on which end is chosen for use. A metric graduated scale is laser etched onto the item to allow the user to measure in .5mm increments. The Fling King created for its popularity in the mud racing game makes an incredibly good tire for the large trucks. In the land of the Megas and Monsters, there is nothing better than a fresh set of deep tread tractor tires. One of the aliases of the mud tires, “Rice and Cane,” refer to the purpose or landscape they were originally designed for within the farming and agriculture industry. The Fling Kings by JConcepts are the first monster truck mud tire pre-mounted and specifically designed to throw mud, dirt, gravel, and grass just like the real thing. The giant-sized tires are tall enough to dance through the deepest RC loam, however, it’s the tall lugs that separate them from the rest. The 1:1 tire were hand-cut to produce the most wicked looking tires on the block. The JConcepts tires are uniquely built to replicate a hand-cut set, however, deep tread remains to do the “mega” land damage the drivers and enthusiasts crave. Inside the tire, reinforcement ribs have been added to the outer sidewall to help stabilize the carcass against the wheel. One of the most impressive details about the pre-mounted Fling Kings, they are mounted to the JConcepts Aggressor (JCO3414S) 2.6” x 3.8” wheel in silver color, making them even more scale in monster truck appearance. No details were spared on these mud runners, the V-type tread is replicated to a T and the top of the tread carries a slight recess adding a little touch of depth to the appearance. Off to the side, the tire lettering hits hard with retro style JConcepts lettering, Fling King logo and crown with 3084-part number for easy identification. The medium-soft "yellow" compound which is recommended for dirt, grass, and asphalt feels noticeably mushy and sticky and has expanding characteristics and tend to “pizza cutter” during flat out high-speed runs.
