The pin is specially built in a reverse “water tower” shape planting the larger base at the bottom and narrowing at the top for precision. The pins are placed in a radius and repeated about for a healthy nest of pins to dig deep into matting in office carpet or tight knit CRC carpeting. The alternating rows of pins provides side-bite, and the tightness gives forward traction. The arrangement of the pins promotes good wear characteristics and traction longevity. The Fuzz Bite incorporates a small radial rib on the outside with angular cross to give consistent cornering but also forward mid-corner launch grip. A unique feature on the Fuzz Bite is the scalloped tire bead which removes a lot of weight from a normally beefy area. The tips of the bead touch off on the inner beads on the wheel which lead to a great alignment but now with reduced rotating weight. During the gluing process, it is also handy to have some breathing room for the glue process and the geometry gives many edges and ledges to adhere to. In the land of the Megas and Monsters, there is nothing better than a fresh set of deep tread tractor tires. One of the aliases of the mud tires, “Rice and Cane,” refer to the purpose or landscape they were originally designed for within the farming and agriculture industry. The Fling Kings by JConcepts are the first monster truck mud tire pre-mounted and specifically designed to throw mud, dirt, gravel, and grass just like the real thing. The giant-sized tires are tall enough to dance through the deepest RC loam, however, it’s the tall lugs that separate them from the rest. The 1:1 tire were hand-cut to produce the most wicked looking tires on the block. One of the most impressive details about the pre-mounted Fling Kings, they are mounted to the JConcepts Aggressor (JCO3414S) 2.6” x 3.8” wheel in silver color, making them even more scale in monster truck appearance. No details were spared on these mud runners, the V-type tread is replicated to a T and the top of the tread carries a slight recess adding a little touch of depth to the appearance. Off to the side, the tire lettering hits hard with retro style JConcepts lettering, Fling King logo and crown with 3084-part number for easy identification. The medium-soft "yellow" compound which is recommended for dirt, grass, and asphalt feels noticeably mushy and sticky and has expanding characteristics and tend to “pizza cutter” during flat out high-speed runs. The 17mm adaptors are already screwed and locked into place making them ready to go. Just attach to the vehicle, add planetary cover on the outside and enjoy the performance. Dubbed the S2, this shell rocks some familiar features but rolled together with a low-profile stance. The S2 is a performer straight out of the package and the Aero rear wing helps deliver results on any racing circuit. Slammed overall height allows the S2 to whisk through the turns with a low center of mass while the progressive cab design provides plenty of front-end force for superior balance and steering. A channeled roof directs the flow through the center of the body while also increasing the rigidity of the cockpit. The dual side-window design that has become famous on the JConcepts bodies remains to bring a traditional feel to the layout. The upper side-pods feature distinct vents used to help relieve hot air build-up inside the body for those high-powered runs or hot days at the track. JCO3191-010, JConcepts Fuzz Bite Carpet 2.2" Stadium Truck Tires (2) (Pink) This is the JConcepts Fuzz Bite Carpet 2.2" Stadium Truck Tire. This is a pin tire option for carpet and turf racing, designed with radius positioning to enhance the drive on a range of surfaces. The Fuzz Bite lands on a low-profile carcass carried over from tires such as the Twin Pin. The low stance provides a quick transition at high speed and minimizes side wall deflection and roll. The pin is specially built in a reverse “water tower” shape planting the larger base at the bottom and narrowing at the top for precision. The pins are placed in a radius and repeated about for a healthy nest of pins to dig deep into matting in office carpet or tight-knit CRC carpeting. The alternating rows of pins provide side bite, and the tightness gives forward traction. The arrangement of the pins promotes good wear characteristics and traction longevity. The Fuzz Bite incorporates a small radial rib on the outside with an angular cross to give consistent cornering but also a forward mid-corner launch grip. A unique feature of the Fuzz Bite is the scalloped tire bead which removes a lot of weight from a normally beefy area. The tips of the bead touch off the inner beads on the wheel which lead to a great alignment but now with reduced rotating weight. Note: During the gluing process, it is also handy to have some breathing room for the gluing process and the geometry gives many edges and ledges to adhere to.
