Use this frame in 1.5mm or 2mm with the 1S 3” drivetrain for a super fun and safe 45-55g AUW quad that will knock your socks off! The same pattern is offered in 3mm for the 3S drivetrain if you prefer a unibody over the TP3. It’s impressively stiff and confidence-inspiring in 3mm and only 8.8g. You should be aware that the 1.5mm version is not as strong as the 2mm version but it is about 1.3g lighter.This design is called the ‘Baby Tooth’ not because it’s smaller than the TP3, but because it supports 1S better and is simpler than the TP3. After some heavy refinement, this is the final pattern we landed on.This frame is cut from T700 carbon but It does not have a chamfer on it. This frame is supposed to be a high-value item with the majority of the design time invested into optimizing performance, weight, and durability. The latest 3-inch frame from GEPRC, the CL30 is now officially released. The CL30 has upgraded the design of the CL25 Cinelog25. It continues the 26.5×26.5mm FC hole position and 20x20mm image transmission hole position. It can be installed with mainstream FC AIOs, DJI Vista modules, and most of the analog VTXs on the market. The 9x9mm motor holes can be installed with 1404-1408 motors, and the power output is strong with 3-inch blades. Flip the frame over and pick up any bolts you dropped ;) Screw each 12 MM bolt in a single turn at a time using Loctite Blue 242 Threadlocker. Work your way around multiple times until the whole thing comes together evenly. Once everything's locked in nice and square you can go around and give it a final tighten. Take 4x 10mm Bolts 2x M3 washers and the Front Bumper print. Install washers on the front two bolts and insert through the Bumper into the bottom of the Bottom plate. Secure with 4x 28mm Standoffs. Insert your FPV camera mounts over the front 2 standoffs. Grab 2x 8mm Bolts and do the same for the rear 2 holes, using 2x 20mm standoffs to secure. Insert the rear antenna mount over the rear standoffs. Insert 4x 20mm M3 bolts through the main stack gummies, twist gently and slowly so you don't pop the gummies out. Use stack spacer prints if required to add some clearance so your ESC sits clear of the press nuts and carbon. Install the Top-plate, triangle pointing to the front. Grab 4x 10mm M3 bolts, 4x M3 Washers and the HD Mount Print. Insert the 4 bolts through the 4 washers into the top of the mount and secure to the 4 28mm Standoffs. Use 2x 8mm M3 bolts for the rear two holes. Line up the Lipo pad with the triangle and stick it to the Top plate Insert the M5 Clinch nut into the HD mount print. Note: The nut will seat inside the lip of the print and not fall out if you seat it properly, use a little force to get it past the lip. Arm bumpers go on the end of the arms.
